How to apply Yoni oil:
Use 1-2 x daily after shower or bath:
Take a dropper full (the black cap cover is a dropper, squeeze it and oil comes up into it, use the dropper as an applicator to put the oil drops onto skin).
Apply to your skin or sensitive areas. Then use clean fingers to rub it in for 15 secs for absorption.
Can be used daily for maintenance and/or when you feel irritated, sore, or dry.
This product contains almond oil. Please be advised if you have a nut allergy.
