We specialize in 100% organic and vegan products All of our products are ethically sourced and we have also categorized and described every product with adequate information so you can be adequately informed. Our Wildcrafted Sea Moss is sourced from the oceans in Jamaica and off the coast of Ireland.

Can I purchase wholesale quantities?

Yes. We are a wholesale company providing wholesale and retail quantities. Wholesale quantities can be purchased @ $14.99 for a minimum of 500 bottles and up.

1. ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING OUT ORDERS DUE TO COVID19? 

When will my items ship? 
Yes we are. We are following the guidance of the CDC and the protocols put in place by the government and as of right now it still safe to ship out all domestic and international orders. We have a 1-2 business day processing time but we try to ship products as soon as possible! 

2.) How long does shipping take? 

Your shipping time depends on which shipping method you choose. Unfortunately due to covid, shipping companies don't guarantee shipping processing times. We are very strategic on what days we ship out your products, as we try to avoid shipping on the weekend.

3.) My order says delivered but I don't have it. What should I do? 

Unfortunately after we ship off products it is out of our hands. All orders come with $100 insurance and you must create a claim with the shipping company. 

4.) What is the cancelation policy? 

We can cancel orders up until the moment they are fulfilled. Once orders have been fulfilled, we are not able to cancel or refund orders. For all order changes, please e-mail qualityseamoss@yahoo.com with your full name, order number and address details.

5.) How long does it take to receive a response from customer service? 

Typically responses are instant, but if not within 24hrs 

6.) How does sea moss improve my overall health? 

SEAMOSS is a Superfood that has been used as a meal staple in many cultures (Ireland, Caribbean, Peru). SEAMOSS contains 92 minerals out of 102 minerals the human body is composed of. It is known to heal many aspects of the human body. From weight management, decreasing mucus, cough, colds, regulating hormones, improving thyroid function, soothes joint health (arthritis), decrease inflammation. Good Vibes Only. 8.) Can I take the capsules along with other medications?

We never suggest the mixture of supplements with alcohol

10.) Can I give any of the sea moss products to my children? 

Yes. Seamoss is safe for all ages. However, ALWAYS consult with your children's pediatrician. 

11.) What are the some of benefits of taking sea moss?

12.) How soon should I expect to see results from taking the capsules?

Results may vary from person to person! Most customers state within the first 2-3weeks.

13.) What ingredients are present in SEAMOSS? 

Wildcrafted and 100% organic SEAMOSS! 100% organic, harvested from the ocean, washed and sanitized by Ireland and the Jamaican Scientific Research Council, dehydrated and milled, shipped directly to us in powder form.

No filler or preservatives or additives are used. We then encapsulate the minerals in vegetable capsules and package into bottles (label, tamper sealed and shrink wrapped)

14.) Can too much sea be consumed? 

Like with any vitamins or minerals, Do not use if allergic to seaweed or algae. We provide recommended doses to avoid over dosing. It is always recommended to consult with your primary care physician.
