1.) Simply boil 4-6 cups water (10 mins), then turn off heat.
2.) Add 1/4 or 1/3 cup Quality Seamoss Yoni herbs; Steep (5 mins)
3.) Cool 5 minutes (Remove pot from stove, let it cool to desired/comfort temperature)
4.) Pour contents into your sitz bath container (commode) slides under toilet seat.
5.) Disrobe from waist down. Wrap a towel or blanket around you to insulate your steam. Sit, squat or hover above the sitz bath container and allow the steam to flow from under you. (30-45 minutes)
6.) Remember, Yoni steaming is a form of self care: Do not rush it.

  • Best to Steam at least 3 days before or 3 days after your period. Never during your cycle
  • Stay hydrated during, before and after Yoni Sessions. Drink 2-3 cups of water
  • For first timers, (1-2 sessions), you may experience change in discharge or discomfort.
  • Do Not Yoni steam if you are pregnant.
  • Avoid Yoni Steaming after day 14 if you are trying to conceive.
  • Do not steam with implanted devices
  • Do not steam with open wounds, sores, or blisters.
  • Take out any piercings that the steam is in contact with, to avoid burning.
  • Consult a doctor if irritation occurs and discontinue using the product.
